Honeybees, Hummingbirds Butterflies Sunflowers, pansies, columbines...oh my! The fragrance of flowers, Kisses from children Tail wags and kisses from puppies and dogs That special laughter that is genuine and loving Falling asleep with the sound of a gentle rain Sunshine and clouds, Stars and the Moon, Traveling the world and learning new cultures. First bulbs of spring popping up ;) Snuggling The perfect song at the perfect moment A good cup of coffee or tea Finding an old friend Discovering a new recipe that looks yum Making that recipe and finding out it’s good!!! A comfortable pair of jeans and boots! Clean sheets on your bed… …especially when they’ve been hung outside to dry A phone call from someone just when you’ve been thinking of them Farmer’s markets Organic farmers Early morning sunrises... A hike in the mountains, breathing in the fresh crisp air! Books that make you laugh out loud Waking up on time without an alarm Taking time to meditate in nature ~ Love Love Love Going for a walk in perfect weather (or in bad weather) Discovering a new place close to home Finding a favorite restaurant to share with friends! Going down a road you’ve never been on before Finding a favorite old thing A clean house A tidy garden ~ Successfully pulling an especially large weed!!! A family meal when everyone lingers at the table. Time to dream of new beginnings. A comfortable chair or couch… …with soft, fuzzy blankets! Reading old journals ~ Enjoying the memories. Starting a new journal Making lists~ Crossing things off your lists. Feeling good in your body. Feeling loved A feeling like no other <3 Overhearing someone else’s funny conversation, chuckling with them... Hearing a great song on the radio when you’re driving~ Singing with it! Suddenly understanding something you never understood before Being able to google anything you’d ever want to know Remembering what the world was like before the Internet.... When your kids are happy Makes for a happy heart. <3 <3 The joy of learning The joy of peace and quiet A hot bath on a cold day, windows open, steam rising Sitting around a fire bit making smores!! Meeting big, old trees, relaxing in the shade with a book The smell of fresh soil in the spring, with new sprouts growing! The smell of fresh-cut grass in the summer... Finding wild berries & eating those berries on the spot! Fresh ripened tomatoes from the vine!! <3 Buying something that you love, just because ! Laughing so hard your stomach hurts... :D Dancing to loud music... I love to dance!!! A picnic with wine in the mountains, in any weather! Knowing you’ve made someone happy ;) Knowing you’ve made something better Knowing you are happy :) Organic coconut oil and its many, many uses A virgin piña colada in a warm location and a hammock. Not worrying about anything, and giving gratitude!
